Suggestion Title:
Disguise Tool for Ethics Enforcement Units

What is your suggestion?
Allow members of the Ethics Committee and MTF Delta-5 to use a disguise tool, enabling them to appear as other roles (e.g., a Delta-5 Corporal disguising as a Security Lance Corporal). This would help them observe and enforce ethical conduct without others changing their behaviour due to their visible presence.

When making an arrest or directly intervening, the user must immediately remove their disguise. Failure to do so should result in disciplinary action. Additionally, disguising as any Level 4 personnel (e.g., Directors, Site Administration, or Senior Command) is strictly prohibited unless explicit permission has been granted by the Ethics Committee.

Why should this be added/changed?
It allows Ethics personnel and Ethics Enforcers to monitor genuine behaviour and uphold ethical standards more effectively, rather than people acting appropriately only when Ethics is visibly present.

Does this affect a specific role, faction, or SCP?
Yes – Ethics Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Committee Members, and MTF Delta-5.

Is this for Beta or Future Release?
