Do you have any in Server Warnings? No
Describe a time where you showed leadership or decision making: I was a goalkeeper in my field hockey team for a number of years so I had to make sure everyone was in their correct positions and guide them on what to do.
Name 3 bad qualities about yourself that you wish to improve on: I would like to improve on consistency, I would like to improve on intergrating better within teams and groups and I would like to improve on not putting all of my eggs in one basket / going all in.
How would you de-escalate an argument happening in server:
I would warn both players citing the rules about arguing, I would mute both for 30 minutes and then I would look through to see what the arguement was about and if it was about someone breaking the rules I would ask them both about it and if I found any cases of rule breaking then I would punish them appropriately.
A player is caught team killing for no apparent reason. Upon questioning, the user states that they killed their own friend and got verbal permission from them over call, however the other user isn't available to give their statement (because they left the game.)
Looking at the offender's profile, you find that they have some warnings related to team killing weeks/months ago.
How do you proceed? I would ban the offending player for the time being however I would try to get in touch with the player that supposedly said it was alright and if this player said it was then I would ban them however if they said otherwise then I would have to ban the offending player.
A player makes a ticket to say another user has been harassing them in-game through voice and local chat. They provide a short clip that shows the accused using insulting or inappropriate language. You approach the situation, but the reporting player refuses to give more details or answer follow-up questions.
How do you proceed? If they refused to follow up I would look at their profile and see if they have any notes and if not I would give both a warning however if either have a past I would take more thorough action.
You receive a report that a CMD member has been adding and removing players from department whitelists without valid reason. Logs confirm they removed several players and added others without following proper procedure or logging it anywhere. When questioned, the CMD gives vague responses like “I thought it was fine” or doesn’t respond at all.
How do you proceed? They would have been trained on what is correct and incorrect so I would give them a warning and a demotion and if it were to happen again then I would ban them from becoming a member of the CMD in the future and possibly ban them from the game as a whole.
I swear that I told the truth, as well I swear that I did not use the assistance of generative AI or gain answers from a staff member/ex-staff member.
